Manufacturing

Mould to finished edge, all in one building.

Five production steps, our own moulds, our own presses. Thirteen years of it.

01 · The line on film

Mould to packed blade, in seventy-three seconds.

Everything this page claims, filmed on our own floor: mould machining, fabric cutting, foam core, lay-up, pressing, drilling and edge trimming, surface finish, branding and packing.

02 · What we run

What the workshop holds.

Inspection, mould stock, the press line, the cutting room and finish — the five things that decide whether a volume order lands on time and lands consistent.

01 — Inspection

Weighed, balanced, paired

±1 gPair weight match

The question behind every volume order is not whether we can build the blade — it is whether batch ten matches batch one. Every set is run on the balancing machine and matched by weight before it ships.

Aluminium mould plates laid out flat, each milled with rows of blade cavities
02 — Tooling

Our own moulds

200+Standing mould sets

Every mould plate is cut in this building, so a custom blade needs no outside tool shop and no queue behind someone else’s order.

03 — Capacity

The press line

12,000Blades per month

A full row of heated presses, run in-house. Volume orders do not go out to a subcontractor and come back inconsistent.

04 — Consistency

Cut by machine

±0.5 mmPly tolerance

Ply shapes are nested and cut on machine, so the layer geometry of the last blade in a run matches the first.

Matte, gloss or polished — and your logo applied before the set is sleeved and packed.

03 · About the workshop

Thirteen years in carbon fiber.

Lighter Propeller develops and manufactures high-quality UAV propellers. For thirteen years, one principle has guided the workshop: understand what the customer needs — and exceed it. Every propeller is molded, trimmed and balanced in-house, from CNC-machined mold to finished edge.

Our customers fly FPV, VTOL, multirotor and fixed-wing platforms across the world. We meet many of them face to face — at international exhibitions from Korea to Turkey — and the rest by email, from our base in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Materials and test documentation are available on request.
